I am a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a loving wife and proud mother of 2 awesome young men. Alongside my coaching, I am the Group Operations Director of an asset management group, HQ in London UK. I am 49% boss lady and 51% missionary. I passionately advocate for the hurting, love the unlovable, I negotiate for legacy and I boldly profess my dependency on God in all things and for all things. It's more than a career, it's my calling!

Running from February to November
For ten months, you’ll be immersed into a highly exclusive experience, designed to catapult your business to new heights AND unlock true peace, serenity and fulfilment in your personal life.
An unhappy woman with a successful business is not a win, nor is a business that makes no money - that's a hobby. A woman who is burnt out and has no time for loved ones is not a win - you can be balanced and successful. Renée's personal mission is for the Inner Circle to empower ladies in business to build their legacy authentically, ethically and experience true fulfilment along the journey!
Applications open in December and close automatically once all spaces are filled. Membership runs from February to November annually with a luxury retreat as the cherry on top.
Admission to AE Inner Circle is by application only and is NOT on a first come first served basis. To apply you should be a Christian female business owner with a minimum annual turnover of £75,000 per annum.

We're thrilled you're interested in joining the Inner Circle. Joining is a 2 stage process and acceptance is not guaranteed - we need to be sure it is the right fit for both parties. Being an intimate group it's important we carefully select members whose goals, values and ethos align with the founding vision, and the application process is our opportunity to explore this further.
The application process consists of a preliminary online form followed by a friendly qualifying call with Renée. It is not an interrogation, so you have nothing to be worried about, it's a chance to know you and your business better, where you are on your journey, your aims for the year ahead and what you hope to get from membership.
Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and requires commitment for the entire 10-month duration, so the application process is also a great opportunity to have your questions answered before committing.
Inner Circle membership cost £399 per month or £4500 when paid in full in advance (saving £288). A small investment compared to the immense value received in the weekly sessions.
You can pay for your membership monthly, however it works out slightly cheaper if you can afford to pay for the year in advance. The payment page of the application form gives you more information on payment plans and cost breakdown. Payment plans are facilitated by a third party finance company and subject to their terms and conditions and a credit check.
The international retreat is paid for separately and cost depends on the options you select. Retreat attendance is optional.
You will receive one 1:1 coaching session every quarter as part of your Inner Circle membership. The Inner Circle gives you access to the AE team including Renée via our group chat and you can be rest assured that Renée knows all the ladies (and their businesses) within the Inner Circle. That is the beauty of keeping the group intimate.
We meet weekly for a group session hosted by Renée, and you can usually get your questions answered in these sessions being such a small group.
Your membership also includes our themed lives with guest coaches or specialists in different fields (including marketing, accounts, law, etc).
We appreciate input from the attendees so the booking is usually finalised towards the end of our first month as a group (end of February). You will be given the retreat dates, location and full details in our coaching calls and on the group chat.
The retreat typically takes place at the beginning of November and we are currently exploring resorts in Bali, Mauritius and Thailand. It will be an absolutely amazing celebration of our year, achievements, a needed wellness break and recharge opportunity.
Cost may vary depending on your individual preferences as packages can be personalised (e.g. economy, business or first class flights). Your meals, sessions, relaxation classes, workshops and our gala dinner are all included in the price quoted.
Retreat attendance is optional, but highly recommended!
